Established in 1916, Karhu is one of the oldest running brands in the world. Karhu is Finnish for bear. “The Flying Finns” dominate tracks around the world, garnering recognition for Karhu running shoes. Karhu is the original ruling brand with the three stripes but sold its trademark to a now well-known athletic shoe company that still uses it to this day.
