Orders and shipping
- I didn't receive a confirmation email for my order!
Log in to view the status of your order in your account. Is it not listed? Then send an email to webshop@drifterstore.nl and we will help you as soon as possible!
- When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver within 2 days, with the exception of Sunday & Monday.
- Can I view the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code with which you can track your order. If we deliver it personally by bike, we will send you an email for a delivery appointment.

- I am not at home
If your package is delivered by PostNL, your package will be offered to your door twice. After the second attempt, PostNL will deliver your package to one of their parcel points. You will see exactly which one on the note on your doormat.
- I did not receive my package
If you do not receive your order and you have not received further instructions from PostNL on your doormat, please send us an email: webshop@drifterstore.nl
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €7.20 We will send your package with PostNL.
- What are the payment options?
IDEAL - With iDEAL you can safely and easily pay for your online purchases with the online environment of your Dutch bank. To use iDEAL, you must be affiliated with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, Knab, Bunq or Van Lanschot Bankiers, then you can pay directly with iDEAL. - How can I return my order (online and in store)?
We understand that you do not always make the right choice, in size or style. You can therefore return your order in store within 14 days, provided it is unworn, in its original condition and with the attached price tag / packaging. If your return meets these conditions, we will refund the purchase amount.
If you want to return an item by mail, send an email to webshop@drifterstore.nl with your order number, item number and reason for return. You can return your package via a PostNL service point or in the store and you will receive a refund within 14 days after the return notification from us.
